Wasted my time I had an appointment on Saturday to fix my radio that kept freezing. When I arrived a customer representative( Allison I think) told me that they don’ I had an appointment on Saturday to fix my radio that kept freezing. When I arrived a customer representative( Allison I think) told me that they don’t do these types of appointments on Saturdays because Honda is closed on the weekends. I asked if the scheduler should have known this so my time wasn’t wasted. Allison responded with no and that it is her job to know it. I had to reschedule for Monday. More
No Salesmen available to speak with about a new vehicle My oil change went great. Thereafter I had hoped to speak with a salesman about all the aspects of trading in my 2017 Civic for a 2019 CRV but no-one My oil change went great. Thereafter I had hoped to speak with a salesman about all the aspects of trading in my 2017 Civic for a 2019 CRV but no-one was available. I couldn't believe how many people passed by me without offering if they could help. It was amazing to see two gentlemen sitting in their cubicles as I repeatedly passed by and no word from them. Finally a lady came down from upstairs and I mentioned to her that no-one had helped. I told her that I've gotten several emails & USPS mail from Mr. John Malloy about trading my vehicle in, however, it was obvious that no-one cared enough about their customers to come over and at least explain they would be with us as soon as they could. She then went to Mr. Malloy's office and retrieved Mike Burris. Mike had been sitting with another couple, but left them & took me outside to view the 2019's, but because he was busy helping others before me I didn't wish to keep him. He advised me to come back in on Tuesday. Well I'm 20 miles from your dealership so easier said than done, and today's a busy day of course. All in all, I was disappointed that I couldn't test drive a vehicle as well as view some numbers on what it would've taken for a trade-in. Big mistake Honda ! More
