always awesome Leased a 2020 Accord. First thousand miles was terrible because car was always drifting left. Brought it in for a wheel alignment costing $95. Gre Leased a 2020 Accord. However,not sure about having to pay for alignment on new car with an indigenous misalignment condition. Took my car in for tire rotation and oil change. The minute I walked in was greeted by the rep and she explained everything. Didn’t have to wait that long for my car. Great place! Noticed some improvement this service I still would like to see an outside welcome rep when you first pull in for service, but inside someone seemed eager to help me this time. Service seemed fine, this time did not overfill oil. But still have problem with overinflation on tires. Proper pressure (door sticker and owner's manual is 32 psig, but actual inflation (per service report and measurement) was 35psig. Service Advisor Sabrina was very courteous and punctual. Good coffee and waiting area. More

Comfortable,, friendly and efficient. I was greated within 5 minutes from arrival. I was advised of what was to be done and the approximate time it would take.
