I brought my 2015 Honda CR-V into the shop for a front end alignment and a transmission fluid change. They changed the transmission fluid but could not align the front end because the struts were defectiv end alignment and a transmission fluid change. They changed the transmission fluid but could not align the front end because the struts were defective. I had just purchased this vehicle in late December from Southeastern Honda's used car lot. I was very upset because the salesman assured me the car had been gone over thoroughly and was in excellent condition. This was not true...apparently. He also told me that the transmission fluid had been changed...and it had not as well. The service writer called and spoke with the used car manager and they agreed to repair the car by replacing the struts and aligning the front end. Thanks to the wonderful actions of Kristin, the service writer. Thank you Kristin. More

Staff are pretty nice, however the regular price for an oil change just went up the first of the year from $40 to $70! That is an insanely huge price jump and a pure rip off!! I had a coupon for $31.95 that I didn’t realize had expired 1/6 and they wouldn’t honor it. I received the coupon from Honda. My dash automatically calculates the percentage of my oil, and I’ve been told by Honda in the past not to come before it’s down to 5-10%, so why would they send me a coupon that would expire prior to me needing service? Then of course they recommended 4 other things needed “immediate attention” which were also way overpriced and would have brought my total to over $650!!! More
