Final step of battery replacement omitted I came in without appointment on Saturday with a weak battery. I got good and prompt attention, and the battery was replaced successfully. However, after I drove home I found that the radio would not work: it just showed ENTER CODE. I called back and the scheduler(?) led me (taking several minutes) through the process of finding the radio code and entering it. The radio then worked. The mechanic should have performed this step; surely the mechanics have been trained that this has to be done after a battery replacement. More

We brought our car (a car we purchased at southeastern Honda over 6 years ago!) in for service and Kyle Express was our service representative. We had a good experience throughout the whole process. My husband dropped the car off and the Honda shuttle took him to work. Our intention was to have the spark plugs changed. Kyle sent us a diagnostic threat other repairs were needed. My concern was my husband being picked up on time by the shuttle and the car being done by the time he got back to Honda. Kyle made it happen! All the work we needed was done and ready for my husband when he arrived. We love Southeastern Honda! More
