I used Honda's website to setup my 60,000 mile checkup. I checked off using the website what I want done to my car. When I went to check in I was told the price was much higher than what I had checked of I checked off using the website what I want done to my car. When I went to check in I was told the price was much higher than what I had checked off on. I ask the lady to double check and see what I had marked off. She replied I can not see what you mark. What? Why go thru all the trouble to use the site then other than to pick a time to have your work done. After starting work on my car which I left there to go to a store I get a text saying my car needed extra work done. So when I looked at the text my 60,000 mile check up was going to cost me over $1,000. I think I may be finding a good mechanic to do my work. I opted out on several suggestions. More
