overcharged Service could've been a bit better, I was charged almost $200 for a part that only cost $4 to replace. I had an appointment and did think i was in there a little too long for what I was getting done. However, they asked the waiting room if anyone wanted a ride to take them anywhere around the area and next time I will take it. One other thing that bothered me, when I walked in to the waiting room, there was this huge dog approaching me. It was very friendly, I love dogs but I feel they don't belong in this setting. Overall, I was happy with my experience there. More

Great Job Kris was the advisor, and Justin was the Tech. My lock/unlock switch on driver's side door was not working properly.They could have told me it was an Kris was the advisor, and Justin was the Tech.
