This was a recall Service. Although this was a recall service, at my request the three wipers were renewed. Kyle (and the paperwork stated) that a general inspection was done. With the coronavirus scare going on, they tried to cover the car seat, had the doos of the building open so that customers did not have to touch the doors, and the counters and surfaces were being wiped frequently (I was told this and did not see it). Great Service Dept Alison is awesome to deal with. Casey needs to learn how to deal with customers, on three different service trips she has told me they are too booked Alison is awesome to deal with. Casey needs to learn how to deal with customers, on three different service trips she has told me they are too booked on Saturday. Even when i have told her that I can leave the car all day, that it is impossible for me to get in during the week. However the last 2 times i have called dropped off the vehicle and within 2-3 hours i was called to pick it up. This past saturday she said they were completely booked, interesting it was dead the whole time i was there. She needs to learn how to give the customer options, Mr. customer if you can leave the car we should be able to get it in. If this survey was dependent on her, It wouldn't be pretty. I have given her 3 different trips to the service dept for my 2 hondas. put her somewhere else. . More
