Went to get my break pedal checked for the third time because of a squeak that consistently occurs and I’ve been experiencing a rattling noise in my car I was told they fixed it but as soon as I left the because of a squeak that consistently occurs and I’ve been experiencing a rattling noise in my car I was told they fixed it but as soon as I left the dealership I continued to have the same problems. This is highly upsetting considering I bought a brand new car and I take such good care of it. I will be going to the dealership in cocoa to see if they can help me with my issues :(. More
Too long to wait The Dealership seems to have trouble keeping service advisors. I brought my Honda Fit in for regular maintenance (oil change). Finally the service advisor came and apologized for the delay. Not wanting to start a fight I left it at that. Also, Every single time I take that car in for service, the Tire Pressure Warning Light comes on as I am halfway home (five miles). I asked the service advisor to see if she couldn't do something about this. She gave me a weasel answer of she'd see what she could do. Sure enough. Halfway home the Tire Pressure Warning Light came on. What a bunch of losers. I've had other issues but that's enough. I'll probably go to the other dealership in the county next time. More

Price for regular maintenance shot up to $69.99 and customer service was sub-par. After paying the mechanic left my car keys on a table and no one came to hand me the keys. Knowing I had already paid I customer service was sub-par. After paying the mechanic left my car keys on a table and no one came to hand me the keys. Knowing I had already paid I picked up the keys and just drove away without anyone talking to me. This lack of attention by the staff is concerning and makes the rise in price and lack of customer service not worth the drive. I will likely be looking else where to take my car for maintenance. More
