I purchased my Honda CRV from SE Honda. Initially, I took my vehicle there to ensure warranty coverage and software was kept up to date. I have since found their service department to be excellent. They are knowledgeable, professional and care that I care about my car. Parts are always available for repairs and don't need to be ordered. Labor costs are competitive, and matching any other technician/mechanic/shop in the local area. Appointments for service/repair can be made on line, by phone, or email. Their lounge is excellent, with free wifi. I applaud SE Honda's commitment to their customers. More

Had a appointment for 8am to get another recall done and was reminded several times by them of my appointment date and time only to arrive and be told they don't have the parts. Ive been here several times trying to get them to fix the “no audio connection” problem that all Passports are known to have and they refuse to fix it. Im sure they are waiting for the warranty to run out so they can charge me a couple grand to replace the well known faulty amp. The service manager is a very rude person with zero knowledge of the Honda brand. If his lips are moving he is lying. Hard to believe he is in a position that requires minimal IQ and is totally oblivious to anything to do with cars. He on his own has dragged this dealership into the sewer. He should be in jail for fraud by denying loyal Honda customers their warranty rights. He refuses to fix warrantied issues and recalls then tells me to find another dealer? Real piece of work he is. This was my 4th visit to this dealer and I encountered a problem at 3 of them. Next closest dealer is 20 miles away. More
