I had a great experience at Southeastern Honda. We were greeted promptly and courteously by Angel. I was impressed that we were not pressured by Angel and that he did not say anything negative about the o greeted promptly and courteously by Angel. We were given a lot of help while looking at all of the features of the car and found that Angel talked "just enough" during the test drive. The price negotiations were comfortable and respectful. The finance department was swift with processing the loan, explaining our warrantee options and getting us out of there as quickly as possible. I love my new Honda. When we were in the process of filling out the paper work, a new Honda Accord was driven into the showroom and parked right beside me! It immediately caught my eye. I told David I thought I would prefer buying the new car. "No problem. We will just scrap the paper work and start over." He was pleasant through the whole process. My wife and I wound up driving a new car off the show room floor rather than the pre-owned car we were about to purchase. Thanks to David and Tony, the Sales Manager, we are happy with the Honda Accord. Thus the five "great" stars. More
