Donna (internet manager) replied to our inquiry immediately and had us set up when we arrived. If not for Donna DeSimone my rating would be 1 Star. It was all about a spare tire and she saved the day, going up against a "salesman" who insisted I was wrong (you can't trust Siri all of the time, pa It was all about a spare tire and she saved the day, going up against a "salesman" who insisted I was wrong (you can't trust Siri all of the time, pal), and a sales manager who wanted me to "wait until Monday" (it was Saturday), despite the fact that I had the correct Honda website on my phone and the car's owners manual in hand as proof positive. "Aw come on, you and I both know how easy it is the fake a website," or something to that effect was what he told me. (And believe me, if I had the talent to change a website that easily, I'd get more that a spare tire out of it.) Anyhow, enter Donna, and the case of the missing spare tire was solved. You want to shop at Southeastern Honda, go right ahead. But if I had to jump through so many hoops to get what I was owed, what are you going to do when it's something a bit bigger than a spare? More
