Worst service department in the entire state. They have very inexperienced staff, rude mechanics and a service manager that could care less. I was told my car was not covered for a warranty repair and that there was nothing they could do, and they could not even diagnose the problem correctly. I took my car then right up to Space Coast Honda in Cocoa and I was promptly greeted, treated like a human being and my car was repaired under warranty NO CHARGE.
