Over the years, I have purchased a total of 6 vehicles from Southeastern Honda (3 New and 3 used). Of the 3 new vehicles, they are still running great with over 100,000 miles on them. Kyle Hollingsworth and the Management at Southeastern Honda has consistently shown themselves to be friendly, knowledgeable and willing to provide me as their customer with a great product at a good price. I was very happy with Southeastern Honda. After researching cars for several months I decided I wanted a Honda Civic Coupe EX. Originally I had done business with Space Coast Honda, I went back th researching cars for several months I decided I wanted a Honda Civic Coupe EX. Originally I had done business with Space Coast Honda, I went back there expecting good service....It was awful. I left in tears and like I was not valued or appreciated AFTER ALREADY HAVING 2 HONDAS and having done business with them in the past. When I got to Southeastern Honda Michael Denmark approached me and asked what I was interested in and we sat and talked/negotiated. After 20 minutes we agreed on a price and I left later that day with my new Civic. I went back this afternoon and they installed a moonroof visor on my car...In less than an hour. I am a single mother....many dealerships treat women like we don't know anything about cars or that we probably haven't researched anything to know any better and we will be an easy sale. Southeastern Honda NEVER made me feel this way. Seriously, other dealerships lost my business because their sales managers were utterly ridiculous with their FIRST offer given to me and I walked not even wanting to waste my time. Southeastern Hondas sales manager offered me a lower starting price than any other dealership. We both worked together and came up with an acceptable price for both of us. I have told EVERYONE I KNOW to go to Southeastern Honda for their next car. I HAVE ALSO TOLD THEM WHICH ONES TO STAY AWAY FROM....Yes, I HAVE A LOT OF FRIENDS THAT ARE SINGLE MOMS JUST LIKE ME. I don't want any of them to go thru what I did....I want them to have a pleasant buying experience and to be treated with respect and valued as a customer. I spoke to Sam on the internet a few times and he never really read my emails. I told him to give me his best price but he would not do that. He just said he would beat any price by $500. I called the office to speak to someone new and spoke to the sales manager. I cannot remember his name. I told him about the bait and switch I experienced at Vatland Honda in Vero Beach. He assured me that they could meet their price and they always try to beat other dealer's prices by $400. He said he had 2 vehicles in stock. I drove 45 minutes to the dealership. The sales manager passed me off to another dealer who took me for a test drive. I told him I wanted it and we went inside. I showed him the offer from the other dealership. He said it was confusing and impossible. I said it was a valid offer and the out to door price is what I want confusing or not. They said it would be $700 more than that offer. They argued for a few minutes and asked what I was willing to pay for the vehicle. I told them no $100 more that the original offer. They said it was not possible. I said thank you. I'm sorry we wasted each other's time. He said I'm sorry you wasted my time. HE WOULD NOT SHAKE MY HAND AS I OFFERED IT TO HIM TWICE. I went to Coggin Honda and they beat the original offer by over $200. More
My husband and I bought a 2009 Odyssey from Southeastern Honda and it was a great experience. The great price they quoted on the phone was the exact price they had when we came in. My husband and I recently bought a 2009 Accord from this dealer and I can say that i was very satisfied with our sales person Angel because he took his time in showing us everything there was to know about dealer and I can say that i was very satisfied with our sales person Angel because he took his time in showing us everything there was to know about the car and presented us with the different options to buy or lease, he was very straight forward and didn't hassle us or pressured us to make a purchase. I would recommend this dealer and Angel in a heartbeat. More
