Not very professional pre owned department. Lied to me about fixing alignment and brake issue on my purchase of used 2014 Odyssey. Took possession & drove with bad brakes and alignment. Salesman Lied to me about fixing alignment and brake issue on my purchase of used 2014 Odyssey. Took possession & drove with bad brakes and alignment. Salesman claimed he drove it & everything was ok. Took to service department & they pulled service record. Nothing was done. The salesman didnt even say sorry. He had an attitude and both his manager & help were terrible at customer service. They acted as though it was not a big deal. I had to call general manager of dealership to get an apology. Other issues also. Thinking about just selling the car to get closure. Go to other pre owned Honda dealers before this one. More

Outstanding price and service!! I'm probably with the majority here as I too, feel intimidated by the dreaded dealership. I was able to browse the parking lot for the car I was looking for with no over aggressive salesman hounding me and asking stupid questions. I then proceeded to the sales desk where Will Campbell greeted me and my wife. He was very knowledgeable on the Honda Accord we were there to purchase. He made us an offer below MSRP, we countered, and then settled closer to my price. Paperwork done in a hurry, vehicle detailed and out the door. Very pleased overall and would highly recommend. More
