Excellent Dealership I purchased a new Honda at this dealership last weekend and the overall experience was excellent, from our Salesman, George Fulcher, to the General Ma I purchased a new Honda at this dealership last weekend and the overall experience was excellent, from our Salesman, George Fulcher, to the General Manger, John Molloy. George was very helpful, friendly and informative in showing me the various options of new and used vehicles and the pricing terms. There was no pressure and I was treated respectfully and kindly. I had planned to purchase a different make SUV and had come directly from another dealership which had not met my target pricing. I stopped at this dealership to consider the Honda SUV and they met my target pricing and won my business. Excellent experience. More

We went to southeast because of excellent experience buying new 2003 Accord LX and the excellent warranty and repair service provided by Allison Ortner (now married Allison Doll?). We still own he 2003 buying new 2003 Accord LX and the excellent warranty and repair service provided by Allison Ortner (now married Allison Doll?). We still own he 2003 Accord. On initial visit we looked at the new Civic and the Accord. Nike was very informative, friendly and did not pressure us at all. We were looking at Hondas and Toyotas and others that weekend and not ready to make any offers. After reviewing and researching all of the cars we decided we wanted the Accord EXL. We decided which options we wanted and I called Mike with my offer which after my research was a very good price for the car. The offer was accepted. We met later that night so my wife could pick the car she wanted (color). Mike also made sure that my wife drove the car she picked to ensure she was completely happy with it. Buying the car was very easy. We left the car at the dealership for he installation of the options. We picked the car up 2 days later. Mike spent about an hour reviewing all of the features with us (bluetooth, serious etc.) which was very much appreciated. All in all it was a great experience and we appreciate Mike's help and professionalism. More

Having just left the high pressure sales approach in fort lauderdale it was truly a pleasure to deal with Nick at Southeastern. He was friendly, honest and true to his word from the time I first stepped on t lauderdale it was truly a pleasure to deal with Nick at Southeastern. He was friendly, honest and true to his word from the time I first stepped on the the property through the whole purchasing process. He made this truly a pleasurable experience. These ratings of 5 were not high enough. I should give him a 6 out of a possible 5. I see no reason to ever go anywhere else for the purchase of a new car. THANKS NICK !!!!! More

Amazing how one individual's attitude can destroy one's perception of a car dealer. I hadn't been to Southeastern in a while until this week, but over the years I've purchased four Hondas from them w one's perception of a car dealer. I hadn't been to Southeastern in a while until this week, but over the years I've purchased four Hondas from them without incident. I took an odometer disclosure form in that needed to be completed in order to register a Honda I'd bought new from them earlier but, being unfamiliar with the form, was remiss in getting it signed correctly, necessitating a second trip. I learned about my mistake after sitting in line at the DMV for two hours, but the DMV lady told me that if I could bring back the signed form in 30 minutes I would not have to start all over- so naturally I was in a bit of a hurry. I called southeastern en route to explain my situation and sense of urgency, and was assured that there would be someone immediately available to give me a simple signature (on a form they'd otherwise completed the day before). What I actually encountered was a wall of blank stares, interrupted only by one arrogant individual who alternatively lectured me on how the dealership wasn't the appropriate party to complete the form; and wondering out loud why I seemed to be a little upset. I'm guessing this was the sales manager or GM demonstrating to his (largely unoccupied) team how you deal with distressed individuals who are there on a mission that doesn't happen to involve buying a new vehicle, but he ultimately gestured upstairs to an (empty) finance office, whereupon I wandered around until I came across someone willing to sign the form. This could have been accomplished in less than 30 seconds instead of 10 minutes, 9 of which were consumed in being treated like some kind of nuisance by this one guy. I have four vehicles; 3 are Hondas; and I trade in one of them about every 15 months. I retired at the age of 46 and split my time between Indialantic and Asheville, and I am relatively certain I will be treated with a little more empathy and respect by just about any other Honda dealer. My relationship with Southeastern goes back 15 years. It is over. More
