Best dealer in 58 years of my buying cars I researched 2014 Honda and Toyota SUV's by internet and telecon with 4 Honda Dealers and 2 Toyota dealers in Central and East Central Florida, Nick I researched 2014 Honda and Toyota SUV's by internet and telecon with 4 Honda Dealers and 2 Toyota dealers in Central and East Central Florida, Nick George of SE Honda had very detailed knowledge of the Honda CRV features, past few years experience with Honda SUV's and complete confidence that he could get me a better price including a trade-in, then any other dealer. He was right! I started with Nick George at Southeastern Honda and I never went on to any other dealer, driving home the same day with my new Honda because I'm convinced I got the best price and efficient handling by Nick George. Also, he had kept in contact with me without being "pushy", so I was already pre-disposed to go to Nick and then with help from Scott in Finance had no need to go elsewhere. NOT the best deal I ever made I have leased/bought three cars from this dealer. My son went in to see about a used car he saw on the lot. He spoke to the salesman for hours then called me to come co-sign the loan. When I got there we waited for two hours before we even saw the deal in writing. When it finally happened the sales price was the sticker price ($9,000), not the price my son "negotiated" ($7000). The manager tried to give us a lecture about how car dealerships make their money. I stopped him because I've hard that nonsense before and I wasn't interested. He was wasting my time. Almost immediately the general manager jumped in and offered to take $1000 "off the top" as if he was giving us a special gift. What a scam. We left. Two weeks went by and the car they said wouldn't be there for long was still sitting there. I suggested that my son swallow his pride and go back and make a second try at a deal because he really wanted the car. I suggested he remind them the age of the car and the KBB value which was $6500. After some time he made the deal for $7500. Why they had to put us through all that stress and play that game, I just don't get it. Its time fro legislation to force dealers to use fair pricing instead of commission sales. More

I visited several times before I made a decision and Nick was always there to help me out. He was respectful and understanding of my needs and my timeline. I never felt rushed or pushed into making a decision. The Finance Manager helped make the entire experience very easy. I executed the required paperwork to lease an Accord in less than ten minutes. I am confident Southeastern Honda will meet my needs for future service, some of which is covered, e.g. tire rotations. Would I recommend this dealership and Nick as a Sales Consultant? My answer is a resounding YES!!! More

We had our kids with us and after we told Nick what we wanted he went to go check on the value of our trade in. We told our kids to be prepared for hours of negotiation so they had brought books, iPods, snacks. Well when Nick came back and said "Sounds like a deal" we were stunned. We were in and out of the dealership in a hour. Our kids didn't even have time to wine about how much time it was taking. Last year my husband purchased a Toyota truck from another dealer and we were so spoiled with Southeastern Honda that we thought "maybe buying a car these days is just easier than it used to be." Well, we ended up getting so upset by the dealer and ridiculous negotiations that we had to threaten to walk out before we got what we wanted. We were so upset by the whole experience we couldn't even enjoy the new car we had just purchased. Over the weekend we leased another Pilot from Nick and once again it was a pleasant experience. He filled out most of the paperwork ahead of time and the whole experience was once again completed in less than one hour. Even though there is a Honda dealership a few miles from our home we drive over 30 miles to get to Southeastern Honda and use them for service every time. We recommended Nick to our in-laws and they purchased an Accord from Nick just last year. Southeastern Honda and Nick George have really changed our opinion about the whole car purchasing experience. He did many things so well, but the following showed me that he really cared. He was nice enough to follow me to the car rental agency so I could return my rental. Because I didn't want to take up too much of his time, I was going to just drop the keys in the drop box as there was a line for returns. I didn't tell Nick that I was worried that something might happen to the car overnight and I'd be responsible for it. Just as I was about to drop the keys in the box, Nick said that he was concerned that the sign above the box said that the renter would be responsible for any damage done overnight. (The same thing I was concerned about.) So Nick and I stood in line and I returned it then. I would have been worried about the rental all that night and the next day if Nick hadn't suggested I return it then. He was perfectly willing to wait in line and take the extra time. He did so many many other things right, also. I told him that I wanted to take two cars for test drives and I wanted the test drives to be thorough. He had absolutely no problem with that. I was in sales for many years and so many salespeople are more concerned with the silly tricks just to get a sale. My impression of Nick is that he's a young family guy who is more concerned with having repeat customers than making the quick buck. Sometimes you see someone doing their job so well that it makes you want to do your job better. I've never had this happen with a salesperson until now.
