Customer experience is back. I hate writing reviews,but sometime u have to bite the bullet. Especially when you have an experience,that wants you to write a review. I have a bank owned 2015 Honda Civic SI,the bank allows me to drive it,since I am current on my monthly payments. lol. Anyways, engine light came on, so stopped the car,turned the car off,and waited 5min....when I started it,low and behold the light was still on. The nearest Honda store was Southeastern Honda, in Melbourne. Head over there,talked to the front staff,took a seat,some lady approached me,and introduced herself as Cheyl the service manager. She let me know that everything will be taken care of,and will get the car in to look at,as soon as a bay is available. I was fine with that....not too long after,cheryl lets me know that my car is ready. Explained to me,that if you don't change the oil at service intervals,the light will stay on...so an easy fix basically. My experience though red faced,was a joy...I will most certainly bring my car back. More
Great Sales Folks but unethical Business Office First off I want to say our salesman Marc was fantastic and could not have asked for a better person to work with. However, I just purchased my 3rd vehicle from Southeaster and will be my last. Working with Marc I asked for a no kidding out the door price. Through negotiations, we agreed to a out the door cost and when I met with the business manager the bottom line number did not agree by a measly $50. I brought this up to the Business Manager he "adjusted" the totals on the "sales agreement" to match what the total out the door cost that was agreed too. Initially I was very impressed he would take that action to live up to the original agreement. However after doing a complete review of the documents after I completed the sale and returned home I realized that on the loan documents the manager buried the $50 difference to the sales tax so in the end they still go their $50. There is a $50 difference between the Sales Contract and the Loan Documents. I am shell shock that what I believed to be a reputable company would stoop to such unethical lows just to get their $50. If that is the type of business they run I am no longer interested in doing future business with them. To bad they have such a great sales force that is backed up by an unethical business office. cut and program 2 keys on 4/14/2017 I purchased 2 complete keys for my widowed mothers honda accord that she had purchased from a private key seller. She called honda and they said they I purchased 2 complete keys for my widowed mothers honda accord that she had purchased from a private key seller. She called honda and they said they could program and cut both keys for $90.00 total. So we scheduled a appointment to have them cut and programmed. My mom went to get the keys done and the service tech said he couldn't program the keys. The tech sold her one key for almost $200.00 when i got home from work the chips were missing from the keys we took in to get cut and programmed. the tech threw away the 2 chips for are keys making the keys non programmable. She didn't know and had no choice but to buy the key from honda. We called southeastern honda because that's were she purchased the car new More
