We are very very happy with our purchase. We love the new SPort Odyssey and glad you had it for us to purchase. I HAVE A LEASED VEHICLE TO BRING BACK AND I FOUND A HONDA HRV I BUILT OUT ON HONDA'S WEBSITE. SE HONDA WAS WAS WHERE HONDA SENT ME. DONNA REACHED OUT IMMEDIATELY, STATED THEY NEEDED TO GET THE HRV, I SIGNED HRV I BUILT OUT ON HONDA'S WEBSITE. SE HONDA WAS WAS WHERE HONDA SENT ME. DONNA REACHED OUT IMMEDIATELY, STATED THEY NEEDED TO GET THE HRV, I SIGNED THAT I WOULD COME INTO THE DEALERSHIP TO TEST AND LEASE IF ACCEPTABLE. I CHECKED SAT MORNING, THE DAY OF THE APPT TO MAKE SURE IT WAS THERE. YES, WAS THE ANSWER. THEY MISTAKED ME FOR A DIFFERENT CUSTOMER AND SENT ME TO THE WRONG BLDG. BUT I LET THAT GO. DONNA WALKED ME OUT TO SEE MY VEHICLE AND THEN STATED IT MUST BE IN GETTING GAS. SHE PASSED ME TO SALES PERSON NICK AND HE TOOK ME BACK OUT TO WHERE WE WERE 5 MINUTES EARLIER, STANDING IN FRONT OF THE SAME CARS DONNA STATED WAS NOT THERE AND SAID "HERE'S YOUR CAR". I SAID NO IT ISN'T, MY CAR IS GREEN AND HE STATED THAT IT IS CLOUDY OUT AND WHEN THE SUN IS OUT, IT WOULD BE GREEN. THEN, I ASKED TO GET IN IT AND IT WAS NOT THE VEHICLE I HAD REQUESTED THROUGH HONDA. I SAID THIS ISN'T THE CAR AND STARTED POINTING OUT EVERYTHING MISSING. HE STATED THAT IS AN SEL AND I SAID OKAY, THAT'S WHAT I BUILT OUT. HE TOOK ME BACK INSIDE AND ASKED ME IF I JUST DIDN'T WANT ANOTHER CRV AND I SAID NO. HE TOOK ME TO HIS DESK AND ASKED "WHAT WILL IT TAKE TO MAKE YOU HAPPY" I STATED TO GET THE HRV I WANT AT THE LEASE PRICE THEY QUOTED. HE LEFT FOR ABOUT 15 MINUTES, CAME BACK AND ASKED AGAIN IF I WANTED A CRV, I SAID NO AND THEN HE INFORMED ME "WELL, THERE IS NOTHING WE CAN DO TO MAKE YOU HAPPY. HAVE A NICE DAY" SO I LEFT. I WAS ABSOLUTELY GODSMACKED! I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK TO THIS DEALERSHIP. I GOT AN EMAIL ON MONDAY FROM THEIR GM CONGRATULATING ME ON MY NEW CAR AND LET HIM KNOW WHAT HAPPENED. CRICKETS FROM THE DEALERSHIP. TODAY, THE SALESMAN NICK CALLED AND ASKED ME IF I WANTED TO DISCUSS OPTIONS FOR A NEW VEHICLE. WHAT A JOKE! NOW HE WANTS TO DISCUSS A NEW CAR? WHAT HAPPENED TO HAVE A NICE DAY? THIS SHOULD HAVE BEEN AN EASY PROCESS. I ASSUMED THAT IT WOULD BE SINCE THEY ALREADY HAD ALL THE INFORMATION AND MY VEHICLE LEASE TERM IS UP APRIL 1. MY VEHICLE IS IN GREAT CONDITION, WAY UNDER ON MILEAGE AND FULLY LOADED CRV. I DO NOT NEED A LARGER SUV ANYMORE, BUT REALLY LIKE THE HONDA VEHICLE. UNFORTUNATELY, THIS EXPERIENCE HAS SOURED ME. More
