When told RJ that we had current loans with two Space Coast CU and Community CU, yet neither was contacted and Southeastern went with another lender costing us more for the loan. Community CU called us t Coast CU and Community CU, yet neither was contacted and Southeastern went with another lender costing us more for the loan. Community CU called us the next day and offered to refinance the loan but, it will still cost us more in fees and time to switch the loan that Southern should have set up to begin with. We are very disappointed and will not be purchasing either of the other two vehicles we are still looking for from Southeastern Honda. More

Originally a "routine" maintenance visit I have always taken our Hondas (3 so far, since 2006) to Southeastern. The service people are always very efficient, nice and helpful. Normally, it's an annual visit, usually when it's time for an oil change/tire rotations/etc. This time, however, it started out to be a just that but ended up doing a lot more recommended maintenance, which cost a lot more...like maybe 3X more than originally anticipated! But we're glad we did it all...we hadn't had to experience many high maintenance costs before, so maybe it was just time. We trust Southeastern Honda, so all is good! More
