He tried to get us the color of the Honda CR-V that we wanted. However, colors other than Aegean blue were not available for a 2020 Honda CR-V at any other dealership in Florida. Honda needs to lets it's sale people work out of other states. More

My wife's Odyssey was in for a simple oil change and we leave with $2500 less in the bank. The cost would have been even more if I had not questioned their list which included a brake flush and power steering flush. I asked him if he looked through our history there and he stated that he had not. Once he looked, he admitted that it was too soon for both. I want to continue trusting Honda to be honest about the work they label as "Needs immediate attention". My wife and I have dealt with too many crooked shops that ALWAYS have a long laundry list of additional "recommended" repairs. This visit was a bit disappointing and I hope it's not a trend. More
