Our original intent was only to investigate a midsize SUV but the dollar and final figures on the ideal auto [which was in stock] we were seeking made it difficult to resist. We traded a minivan with only 14000 miles and expected to take a heavy loss. It did not happen. Ty was our salesperson and was helpful and patient thru the negotiation and spent one hour at the end of his day to explain every option and button on the car we purchased. Getting the right vehicle for our needs We are repeat customers at Southeast Honda so we knew what to expect when we went to the dealership to replace an older car we had. Southeast Honda is still a great dealership to buy, lease and trade in a vehicle. We meet with Angel Ortiz whom had correspondent with us via e-mail on a vehicle we were interested in leasing. He turned us over to Ty Hayes who show us the vehicle we were interested in. Ty did a wonderful job getting us the Honda Accord we wanted to try out. Once we had it up front and looked it over and discussed the issues we have getting in and out of smaller vehicles, Ty suggested that a CR-V with electric seats might be more suited for us. He hustled up with bringing a 2019 CR-V EX up front for us to try out. We took it for a test drive and gave it a very shake down and found that it was exactly the type of vehicle that would work best for us. The negotiation for a lease of the vehicle went very pleasant and with a little movement on the dealerships part we signed a 3yr lease on the vehicle. We really love the attention to our needs and how well Ty Hayes listened to us. More
Allison Ortner is The Best I have been a Honda Owner for many many many years. I would always have my vehicle serviced by my personal mechanic. The only true reason I continue to come to S E Honda Service Dept is because of Allison Ortner. I liked her from the moment I met her and knew she was a very honest human. My whole family and friends come in for service and yes to purchase their vehicles from you also. My favorite salesman was Tim McDermott ( Another Honest person ) Tim is truly missed.
