Staff are pretty nice, however the regular price for an oil change just went up the first of the year from $40 to $70! That is an insanely huge price jump and a pure rip off!! I had a coupon for $31.95 tha oil change just went up the first of the year from $40 to $70! That is an insanely huge price jump and a pure rip off!! I had a coupon for $31.95 that I didn’t realize had expired 1/6 and they wouldn’t honor it. I received the coupon from Honda. My dash automatically calculates the percentage of my oil, and I’ve been told by Honda in the past not to come before it’s down to 5-10%, so why would they send me a coupon that would expire prior to me needing service? Then of course they recommended 4 other things needed “immediate attention” which were also way overpriced and would have brought my total to over $650!!! More
