Omar the salesman was excellent. The CR V was good in most respects especially the headlights which is the reason I traded in my Kia Soul. I was NOT pleased with the financing and The CR V was good in most respects especially the headlights which is the reason I traded in my Kia Soul. I was NOT pleased with the financing and all of the rush leading up to the finish. I had a $500 Honda bonus which, when subtracted, INCREASED my payments! The dashboard is almost illegible during some DAYLIGHT conditions even though Omar did his best to solve the problem. Also, the backup camera is not nearly as good as the Kia Soul. Also, I should have demanded that Honda match the very good programs offered at Melbourne Toyota... Gratis lubes, etc. More

I dealt with a few from the dealership and was very pleased with Omar. I had a bad taste from one of the managers that told me there was no additional expense for getting an out of inventory vehicle. pleased with Omar.
