Internet staff (Donna) is very knowledgeable and offered a wealth of information prior to going to the dealership. I worked with a different salesman when I arrived at the dealership (Bob) who gave a low-ba a wealth of information prior to going to the dealership. I worked with a different salesman when I arrived at the dealership (Bob) who gave a low-ball offer for my trade-in, then when I stood up to walk out he offered a $500 "trade-in bonus" to try to compensate, which still left the trade-in offer below Kelly Blue Book. If you are planning on trading-in, get the trade-in value up front, sell your vehicle elsewhere, or set low expectations for trade-in here. The salesman at the dealership, while starting off friendly, did end up coming off as fairly arrogant, which made me think twice about continuing with the vehicle purchase. The salesman also promised to follow up with me the next day after purchase and did not. I had to call and email multiple times to get the requested information (I ended up having to get the information from someone else at the dealership). The finance manager was very helpful and professional - made for a smooth transaction. The PROS here (Lower dealer fee, upfront internet price via email, no added extras on vehicle that add to the final cost, overall friendly and helpful staff) outweigh the CONS, but just be prepared to take your trade-in elsewhere if it's important for you to get fair value for your trade. The $500 trade-in bonus here is just a gimmick to make you think they will give you $500 more than another Dealership, but that is not the case (other dealerships offered me more, even with Southeastern Honda's $500 trade-in bonus taken into consideration).
