Good experience — with a few caveats I began my search online, and received a quote from Joel. Based on information on True Car and other sites, the quote seemed fair so I scheduled a tes I began my search online, and received a quote from Joel. Based on information on True Car and other sites, the quote seemed fair so I scheduled a test drive. When I arrived at the dealership, Joel wasn’t there so I dealt with Mike Knutson. Mike was very friendly, courteous, and informative. After the test drive we went inside to discuss and complete the sale. I was dismayed the no employees had masks on (early July 2020 mind you), especially since my husband has serious health issues, so I kept my mask on and tried to keep my distance from everyone. Mike was pleasant and efficient, he didn’t try to sell me tons of unnecessary add-ones, and we made the deal. The paperwork was completed by Scott (don’t remember last name), and everything was fine until he tried to sell me the extended warranty. I felt slightly pressured, but when it became obvious to Scott that I wasn’t going to buy it he said “you should go home and talk it over with your husband”, and patted me on the shoulder. What? WHAT??? I bit my tongue, finished signing, and left with my new truck. As to the Ridgeline RTL-E, I love it. It’s easy to drive, very comfortable, and fills all our needs on our small farm. Think I made a good choice. More
