*Edited from three to four stars due to tie being able to swap out my damaged car for a new one.* I bought a 2024 civic hatchback EXL a few months ago. My sales person was Ty. He made the sales deal very eas swap out my damaged car for a new one.* I bought a 2024 civic hatchback EXL a few months ago. My sales person was Ty. He made the sales deal very easy and stress-free. However, when I got the car home and looked more closely at it, the paint and headlights were damaged Including swirls in the paint and it looked like someone took a Brillo pad to both of the front headlights. Upon making Ty and the GM aware of the damages in the paint and the headlights and driving back-and-forth to the dealership which is 30 minutes each way several times, the GM Refused my request of a new headlight assembly and offered to have his guy fix the paint and headlight Issues, which I agreed to Because I wanted to give him a chance to make it right and the GM had told me if it was not made correct, he would swap the car out. The paint and headlight issues were not fixed to an acceptable standard. There were still very significant swirls in the paint and the headlights were still Significantly damaged. If I wanted a used car, I would have paid less for a used car. I bought a brand new car. I spoke to Ty again after fourth or fifth trip to the dealership and Ty was able to swap out a new civic from the factory About a month and a half later to replace my old one. Ty did a great job and I am overall thankful that the damaged car was made whole. I can only offer four stars due to the inconvenience and anxiety that this situation caused. It should not be this much drama when buying a brand New car. This was my very first time I was able to afford a brand new car and instead of being proud and happy with my purchase, the whole experience was lackluster. Ty did his best and was wonderful to deal with, but I was under the impression that he received quite a bit of backlash from upper management. More

The tech Kristen is a 100/10. The process that "HAD" to happen was annoying. Simple and to the point. The initial Friday I brought the vehicle in which was less then 15 minu The process that "HAD" to happen was annoying. Simple and to the point. The initial Friday I brought the vehicle in which was less then 15 minutes after the fault was discovered I was met with a mix of . You didn't get the extended warranty . You said you would take care of issues your self . Are you sure the light is an LED cause we don't cover bulbs. Mean while the vehicle is under manufacturer the warranty. The vehicle was in my possession less then 2 weeks off the lot when failure of the part occurred. The initial Tech (NOT Kristen) failed to have sufficient knowledge to properly diagnose the issue even when presented with the issue directly. Resulting in me having to wait 6 days before the part was even ordered to be covered. 6 days where at any point I could have been pulled over for the issue and fined. 6 days before someone could even look at it and say the exact same thing I as a person with 8 years background as a mechanic and 14 years in Tech showed them. And in all honesty If there is no way to streamline emergency maintenance at this specific dealer then I don't believe I can recommend them for any further purchases myself or other. More
