We've purchased five or six vehicles from SE Honda. This last one seemed like a fair price to us, and Bob Dolan, our salesmen, was once again wonderful. Sadly, the experience in the GM's office was uncomfortable. Perhaps he was having a bad day. I'm not sure. But instead of a celebratory experience or an experience of appreciation that we had once again chosen SE Honda, the signing of the contracts felt more like we'd done something wrong. If he was having a bad day, I hope things improve. However, if that's how he normally acts with customers, I would not return to the dealership. More
