Customer brought car in because air pressure light came on. Customer was told that this light repeatedly came on due to cold weather. The tire eventually completely came apart and was sent to manufacturer on. Customer was told that this light repeatedly came on due to cold weather. The tire eventually completely came apart and was sent to manufacturer. It was determined there was a nail in the tire and it came apart from repeatedly being filled with air and losing air. Customer has a written statement of such from tire manufacturer. Customer was told that the issue with the tire was that it was possibly defective. However, customer found out from warranty that a claim was submitted and they were told customer hit a pot hole, neither of which was determined to be true by the tire manufacturer. Customer has warranty for said work. However, due to a one-hundred percent markup by said dealership customer was left with a huge bill. Despite being told, there was no mark up to said price is sent to warranty. Customer has repeatedly tried to gain information from both Honda dealership and warranty with no success. Neither party is willing to offer support in this matter. Customer has written statements. Text messages from service representative kelly and other proof of phone calls made to dealership to reconcile this matter. More
I traveled from out of state to buy a truck they had listed on line. The truck was in great condition and I got it at a good price. Very impressed with this dealership my paperwork was mailed in less than a week and I was able register and tag it quickly. I will definitely consider making the drive on my next vehicle.
