I would give them five stars, but the Sales Manager, the person I bought the vehicle from, would not stand behind the work that was done to get the vehicle looking good to sell and fix a defect in materials person I bought the vehicle from, would not stand behind the work that was done to get the vehicle looking good to sell and fix a defect in materials and workmanship. Caveat Emptor is the name of the Honda Certified Used Program in Southaven. I requested this information be given to the GM twice and he has not responded to me, so a month later I am posting this online. I called Honda Corporate and I was told that the Dealership decides how to address warranty issues. The Certified Used Tag and bumper to bumper extended warranty is good to increase profit, but is not able to cover defects in materials and workmanship. What level of headlight lens degradation is a defect to you all? I took a video of the vehicle on the Southaven lot, this video shows the headlights looking sharp. A few months later, the pictures clearly show that there is uncommon degradation, in the months since I bought the vehicle, to the headlight lenses. It can be seen that there was a problem with the lenses before I purchased the Certified Honda. Why would Southaven Honda not stand behind the headlight lens cover restoration that was performed on the vehicle before I bought it? Why slap me around by saying, "Give us $145.00 and we will fix it." Headlight lens degradation is from the materials used being unfit for the use, or there is a defect in manufacture of the lenses. Are headlight lenses now considered consumables? Why hide the problem with a restoration kit if it was not a defect? Headlight restoration kits are only good for a few months to a few years and do not address the materials used being fit for use in the environment they are used in. More

Sam Hill was pleasant and professional out of the gate. Stellar customer service is simply his go to. Very thorough and confident in his product and recommendations. Not pushy or overly zealous, but ver Stellar customer service is simply his go to. Very thorough and confident in his product and recommendations. Not pushy or overly zealous, but very relaxed that we would return and purchase. He knows how to read customers. This was our first Honda purchase and because of Sam Hill as well as Eric Castiglia, it will not be our last! More
