Find a reputable dealer! They won't just "sell" you a car, they will flat out LIE to sell you a car. When buying, they sweetened the deal with "all your oil changes, windsh They won't just "sell" you a car, they will flat out LIE to sell you a car. When buying, they sweetened the deal with "all your oil changes, windshield wipers, tire rotations are included". Lie! The first two oil changes are included and that's it. An oil change is $89 dollars and no one gives you any prices until you've waisted your time going there. More
Service department is a joke. Dropped of my car for an appointment time at 4pm and told the service department I would need the car back by end of day the following day. Car was looked at the following af appointment time at 4pm and told the service department I would need the car back by end of day the following day. Car was looked at the following afternoon. Service department wouldn't return calls. Stopped into the dealership and was told "we don't know what's wrong but you can take the car home if you need it". Got my car back two days later and the "lead" service advisor wouldn't even look in my direction. The gentleman tasked with driving people home kept trying to make excuses for the service department writer, but understood the dealership had failed. When getting my car back they had run the fuel tank to the point of "Range 0" on the trip computer, while I took it in with a quarter tank. while fixing the problem they managed to take my car out of alignment an didn't bother to fix that as well or even say anything. Upon getting home in my back seat wear torn gloves and fast food wrappers. Bottom line if you like being lied to, and want your car to be a trash can use southwest VW. More
Window was left down on my Volkswagen cc sport at location and caused water damage to the vehicle driver side door panel causing separation of materials, seat wet, floor board front and back were sa location and caused water damage to the vehicle driver side door panel causing separation of materials, seat wet, floor board front and back were saturated. I had to go back 3 times to try and get them correct the issue. When I called for the 3rd time I had to leave a message and no one called me back. Mr. Williams the Service Manager did not ever actually apologize to me but the service rep that helped me apologized several times when I went in. I also asked 3 times to speak with the General Manager and was never given the opportunity. When I dropped my vehicle off it was raining and forecast to rain everyday why would they leave the windows down and how many other customers vehicles received water damaged as well. More
Great Service Department I am very happy with Southwest Volkswagen, when I go in to have my TDI Wagon serviced they always treat me like I am the only customer they have.
