Very satiffactory. on time and pleasant The employees were great. Freddie helped me at the service desk. The shuttle driver brought me home and was back to get me later. If I had known the service would take less than 2 hours instead of 3 as I was advised I would have brought a book and waited. My car was ready, washed, vacuumed and the windows cleaned. when I returned, I am very happy with the service and the employees I dealt with. More

very fast, and not to bad somewhat slow on the intake, not the norm. But really did not talk about the recall to make me feel any better. Did not discuss my options... only that the parts would be released in about two weeks. I guess I just drive around with this truck and hope the air bag wont go off and kill me. The girl in the snack area talking to other people that call in... HELLO we can hear the conversation and sounds like deflection off the dealership and didn't seem to professional. More

It was not until I realized that I HAD MADE THE MISTAKE about the date of service...one day early I was!!! Any way, Mr Brown was the bomb! Thanks to him and others throughout the dealership, I will be coming back a happy content Honda person, as I have since 1999. More
