Thank You Charles Han!!! Charles Han was so great! My fiancee and I drove up to South Tacoma Honda to look at a Certified 2012 Honda Pilot with 16k miles. It was already poste Charles Han was so great! My fiancee and I drove up to South Tacoma Honda to look at a Certified 2012 Honda Pilot with 16k miles. It was already posted to sale. So when Charles Han walked up to us, I cringed. I just don't like being sold too. From the first handshake to the final, Charles never "Sold" me. He listened to our needs and concerns and helped address them in a friendly and professional manner. He was concerned too, and wanted to make sure this was the correct vehicle and the right color for us. I think he went through the Pilot better than I did. haha. Charles let us test drive the Pilot twice and his follow up was never pushy, but just letting me know that he was there for us. When we sat down, he was able to get us a better price, $2500 less than anything else comparable. Charles noticed that the Pilot had a few missed spots, so told us to get it really dirty and that they would do a free car wash and wax. We were all (Charles included) so excited and I would definitely recommend South Tacoma Honda, and Charles Han. Sara in financing was even great to work with. She made the legal part of it fun. Who knew a finance person with a good personality! More

We wanted a car with a blind spot monitor and a back up camera and the civic we bought came with those things! He explained everything about the purchase price in detail and was extremely easy to work with throughout the whole process. After driving the Honda for a few days now we are EXTREMELY satisfied with this car and find it fun to drive. We are also excited about the fuel economy of the Civic. We would definitely work with Bill again. In fact we are thinking of replacing our other car in a few years and will certainly go back and ask for Bill when that time comes. He made the car buying experience a pleasure. More

The only confusing issue this time was that we had a battery replaced, and thought the price was going to be $40 less than what appeared on the final charges. This was a bit of a shock. Watched my wallet I hit a curb, damaged my rim and blew out the tire. The conventional advice is get two new tires, never one, but Freddy noticed I have less than 2,00 I hit a curb, damaged my rim and blew out the tire. The conventional advice is get two new tires, never one, but Freddy noticed I have less than 2,000 miles on the car, found an exact match tire to my existing tire off site and saved me over $200 on a good repair job. They were honest in saying that while my rim had visual damage it was functional and safe and did not need to be replaced. More savings because, frankly, I wouldn't have known if the wheel was damaged or not and it would have cost $600 -$700 to replace. It is great to have a honest and customer-focused service department at South Tacoma Honda! More
Terrible experience with sales My sister and I came to South Tacoma Honda on Saturday evening to discuss an LX. She had made a call to this dealership and one of their salespersons, My sister and I came to South Tacoma Honda on Saturday evening to discuss an LX. She had made a call to this dealership and one of their salespersons, Nick Cruthers, had been talking with her over the phone about some possible options for the price and model she was looking for. Upon meeting Nick, he shared with my sister the numbers he came up with and these numbers significantly exceeded what she was looking for. All of this was exchanged in conversation in the dealership lobby, where we were asked to wait to meet with him. Nick provided no documentation for the numbers he was offering. We again expressed the desired price my sister would like the LX at and what monthly payment amounts we had in mind and Nick repeatedly interrupted us with the same excessively higher numbers which in calculation, did not reflect accuracy. Beyond the ridiculously nonsensical formula he quipped at us to allude to how he arrived at his numbers, he treated us with utter disrespect. He did not listen to what we wanted nor did he consider hearing what it was we were searching for, both in desired model and price of the car. Shortly after this lobby conversation, he led us out to the parking lot and showed us older models which we were not interested in and we again expressed clearly what we were looking for. We mentioned that we were looking to get an LX for the fair purchase price as referenced from KBB and Nick rudely interjected with statements about KBB being simply "a guide" and that "KBB posts prices which buyers submit themselves of what they paid for a vehicle". When I explained to Nick that his statements are actually untrue--that KBB's purchase price reflects what people actually pay for a vehicle, based on actual vehicle transactions received from auto dealers across the U.S., and is adjusted regularly as market conditions change--, he rudely reminded us that he has been in car sales for x amount of years and that he would "rather not have a confrontation" with me. Immediately after, he said he "would see what he could do" and would "be back", then stalked off into the dealership building. My sister and I were so appalled and repulsed both by this salesperson's behavior and by the way we were treated. I have purchased a vehicle myself in the past and I have visited many dealerships in the South King County and Pierce County areas. While it is arguably expected to experience some tension/resistance from salespersons at car dealerships, the way in which Nick conducted business with my sister and I was utterly disrespectful, unprofessional, and belligerent. I will never recommend anyone to South Tacoma Honda and I will instead be vocally discouraging any prospective car buyer from visiting South Tacoma Honda. More

I bought a Honda Civic a couple of years ago to get rid of a BMW 330i due to quality issues. While hagling with the saleman he actually got loud with me. Tac Honda and I hav family...without hesitation. Back in 2002, I purchased my first Accord from S. Tac Honda. I had that car regularly serviced at S. Tac Honda and I have always been treated fairly. When the new 2009 models came out, I purchased my second Accord ...and I will buy all my future cars from S. Tac Honda. They make buying a car a low stress and pleasant experience. After purchasing my 09 Accord, Cindy Lu explained all the great new features of my new 09 Accord...I love my 09 Accord! Their service dept is always prompt and courteous. Freddie in the Service Dept is so friendly and willing to answer any questions. If you are shopping for a Honda - don't bother going anywhere else! More
