I recently had an appointment made by the South Tacoma Honda Service Department for a factory recall notice for our 2024 CRV. The department called, made the appointment and I brought the vehicle in at th Honda Service Department for a factory recall notice for our 2024 CRV. I was met by a service representative who took the required information & my keys and directed me to the first available Service Writer. He verified my appointment & the reason, filled out the required work order and arranged for a free Uber ride home. He informed me that Dani would call in 3-4 hours when the vehicle was ready for pick up. Dani called at the designated time and informed me the vehicle was ready and activated my free Uber ride back to the dealer. Upon my return Dani went over what services were provided and directed me to my vehicle. All of this service was first call and without any delays or complications.
