They are not pushy at all and it is all depend on your approval, finances and how much you bargain with them ;) Service guys are fair and honest too, if you can go longer with your breaks or something, they tell you that and won't push you to get the service right away! Ask for Dan and if you have an on-going problem with your car that you couldn't get fixed els where, ask for Frank Overall if you want to go with Mitsubishi, this is your best bet in Chicago land and NW Indiana.
