Making a customer satisfied Well this is our story: bought a 2016 Outlander Se two weeks ago, not really the car we had in mind when we went to dealer. We expressed what we were looking for but they said they didn't have that, so we ended up buying this car but not satisfied. We shouldn't have bought it and should have walked out. Well after a lot of mishaps with some things we wanted done to the car, Dennis stepped in and made things right! After some talking and (a loss of money to us not happy about that) we have the car we wanted in the first place. So many thanks to Dennis and Joe Quirk . Just wish we could have made the deal without losing $3500.00 that will make me think twice about sticking to my guns and not buying something I really don't want. Final thought::: walk out if you can't get what you want. More
