So worth the 3+ Hour Drive Friday 8/7 I made the trek from Cedar Rapids Iowa to Monee with the intent of coming to the Chicago area to purchase a vehicle. My first and only stop Friday 8/7 I made the trek from Cedar Rapids Iowa to Monee with the intent of coming to the Chicago area to purchase a vehicle. My first and only stop was South Suburban Mitsubishi. I was in the market for an Outlander and had my sights set on one. had the pleasure of working with orlando who was fantastic. I was at the dealership 45 minutes before they opened and he had arrived early and came out to assist me. He immediately explained the vehicle I had been eye balling and quickly offered up taking it for a quick spin. I had done a large amount of research on the Outlander and Orlando new all these details. It was nice to encounter a sales person who was not missleading facts to make a sale. Orlando was polite and down to earth the entire process. All in all, I was sold before I got there; but, Orlando and the other staff made this is very smooth process. I was in and out in less than 4 hours and they fulfilled everything I could have asked for. Thank you Orlando and the rest of the staff at South Surburban!! More

Making a customer satisfied Well this is our story: bought a 2016 Outlander Se two weeks ago, not really the car we had in mind when we went to dealer. We expressed what we were looking for but they said they didn't have that, so we ended up buying this car but not satisfied. We shouldn't have bought it and should have walked out. Well after a lot of mishaps with some things we wanted done to the car, Dennis stepped in and made things right! After some talking and (a loss of money to us not happy about that) we have the car we wanted in the first place. So many thanks to Dennis and Joe Quirk . Just wish we could have made the deal without losing $3500.00 that will make me think twice about sticking to my guns and not buying something I really don't want. Final thought::: walk out if you can't get what you want. More
