I told him where I needed to be to make the deal happen and he got back to me very quickly and told me he could make it happen. We made the hour and a half trek and everything promised over the phone was what happened once we actually arrived. Joe walked us through it all and the financing was done in no time at all. Have been back every 3-4 months for the past 2 years for my free lifetime oil changes as well as other routine maintenance and have received nothing but professional and courteous treatment from everyone on the staff.
