Rich Lafaire was by far one of the most courteous and straight forward sales representatives bar none. The financing staff and general all around atmosphere was comfortable and welcoming. So it was only right to return for my second car buy. This time Rich was kind enough to stick around after his required work hours to assist me in making my second car buying experience just as comfortable as the first. We discussed some of the things that I would like to see offered in the new vehicle purchase and Rich without a doubt made that happen.
