NO DEAL . Used car with local trade was on the internet for 21,995. They wanted 24,300 out the door. I offered 18,500 because I knew they only gave a trade . I offered 18,500 because I knew they only gave a trade in of about 15000 and I thought 3,000 was profit enough. They challenged my assertion of 15K and offered to show me the invoice but then never returned. I wanted the car so I offered 20,500 with my signature. They never came off their price by a penny. I drove 70 miles for no good reason. If you want to pay top price then these are the people to deal with. If you want a reasonable price drive a little further. More

I will never buy another car there and I will never ever recommend anyone goes there. I bought a brand new 2015 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport. Mimi was our salesperson. She upsells. The car I called to inquire was still on the lot right before I got there was mysteriously "sold" when I arrived. And funny how there were no comparable models, I had to get a more expensive option with fog lights (which I never use almost a year later). Then they tried to cheat me on my trade in. $1500 they said. No way! They then tried to prove using autotrader that my car wasn't worth anything. Autotrader said my car was worth $3500. Salesman panic ensued and they disappeared for 20 min in the back trying to figure out how to fix this blunder. Finally they came back telling me they'll give me $3000 because I need new tires. My tires were guaranteed for 50,000 miles by Firestone and I had 25,000 miles left on them but fine. Kicker was after all was said and done and I was going thru my paperwork much later - they never included my sales tax ST-556 form in my folder. I have been trying to get someone at that d*mn place to call me back for weeks. They are always "in a meeting" so you leave a number and no one calls back. I moved so it's not exactly convenient to go back, but apparently I'll have to try. I have left 4 messages with the receptionist for Dennis and Matt and no one ever calls back. I sent a nasty email message about their customer service and Dennis (General Manager) called and without even a hello, sorry you're having a bad experience....I got "hi, what's it going to take to make you happy at this point?" He then stated he would find my form, and send it to me via email and regular mail to make sure I had it in hand. That was 3 weeks ago and I haven't gotten a single thing. Back to phone calls that never get returned. My husband also has a new car from them. He talked to Mimi on the phone about this and she said she would look into it and call back within 5 minutes. Never heard from her again. They want your money and they don't care how they get it. Once they have it, kiss any service goodbye. I got a recall notice to have my transmission serviced. Transmission ran better before they recoded it. This was my first Mitsubishi and these people have ensured it will be my last! More

Bill showed us the car, took us for a test ride, and answered our many questions. After the paperwork was completed, he even programmed my wife's phone to operate through the car audio system. She was very patient and never pressured me to make a decision I wasn't ready to make even though it was late in the day and the sale went past closing time. Dennis ended up helping with the final cost and was able give me a couple of options on my monthly payment without the usual "I need to talk to manager" run around that happens at most dealership. Also I was very happy with my finance rate since my credit score isn't the best. More
Enjoyable buying process! First off, with a firm budget and specific guidelines to use for my next company car, the Outlander simply offered superior bang for the buck! The co First off, with a firm budget and specific guidelines to use for my next company car, the Outlander simply offered superior bang for the buck! The content I got far out-distanced what I could get from Toyota, Honda, Hyundai, Mazda, Nissan and Subaru. My previous company cars included a Toyota Camry SE and Honda Accord SE and needed to meet requirements such as 4-doors and an environmentally-responsible EPA rating (min. of 30 mpg highway and 25 mpg city). For the same budget that I've used for years, the 2016 Outlander upgraded me to leather seats, a sunroof, 18-inch alloy wheels, an impressive 700-watt+ satellite/HD sound system and the utility of an SUV (higher ground clearance, not to mention the flexibility and usefulness of an INCLUDED 3RD ROW...Wow!!!). Critical is that the Outlander is 1 of only 5 SUV's that boasts the top safety rating (IHS TSP+ for small SUV's). Can't compromise on safety, ever. And among all SUV's, the Outlander is the only one offering leather seats/trim, a useful 3rd row, a 100,000-miles drivetrain warranty, a 60,000-miles bumper-to-bumper warranty, unlimited-miles roadside assistance all while satisfying my company's mpg requirements, plus my own requirements (IHS Top Safety Pick+, premium sound system, heated seats/backs, and an overall modern, upscale look). As for the purchasing process, Maggie, Kathi and Little Joe of South Suburban Mitsubishi were awesome from start to finish. Over the phone and by e-mail, Maggie and Kathi helped confirm a few aspects of the Outlander prior to my trip to the dealership. And once there, Little Joe streamlined the process to an appraisal of my trade-in, introduction to Dennis (the General Manager), new car review/test-drive, slight price negotiation with options for financing, introduction to the service department (free oil changes for life!), tour of the new light & bright dealership, then signing of documents. In and out in a little over 2 hours! The longest chunk of time was actually spent transferring my things from trade-in to new car. I look forward to spending the next 2-4 years in my 2016 Outlander (heck, I may keep this one as my eldest is approaching driving age) and I would definitely recommend Maggie, Kathi and especially, Little Joe, to anyone looking for a hassle-free and, dare I say it, enjoyable, car-buying experience! More

Orlando was very patient, kind, and friendly throughout the process and beyond. After purchasing my car he called to ask how I was enjoying the car and if I had any additional questions. There are multiple Mitsubishi dealerships that are much closer to my home, but I didn't mind the drive out to Matteson for the deal that I received and the exceptional customer service. I definitely recommend this dealership (and salesman) to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle. More

I bought my 2015 Mirage and was told an auto start could be installed. They even rolled the cost into my monthly payments. I have been contacting them for a YEAR now on this auto start. 2 months ago I was finally told there is no auto start that can go on my car, and since then DAN the service center manager has been avoiding me & not returning calls. January 2016 my car will be a year old, I have no auto start, haven't heard from Dan, yet I've been paying on this with interest. Also, I had been told I would have free oil changes. I could use a loaner to get to work on oil change days. I went ONCE then was told they no longer do loaners for oil changes. I live 2 hours from them, & took my business there cuz all they promised me. Lies, all lies!! Do NOT go there. More
