Bad Rude Customer Service from Service Department Called to service appointment Spoke to Keith in service, he was rude hung up the phone and admitted he did it. His manager Dan said he would be his witness because he could not hear me. I said he should have said sorry I could hear you we got disconnected, instead he tells me he had other customers and did not have time to try to hear me so he hung up the phone. I have referred 3 customers who purchased new cars and I am a long time customer to deal with mean service is unacceptable. Sadly, I think they dog this all the time and get away with it. More

I checked with my local bank, was ready to do the deal the next day. Saw online, the price increased almost $2k.. I checked with sales person, advised original price would be honored. Called in the next morning, the truck was sold the night before. Terrible sales & service, furious they pulled my credit, I worked a deal with my back only to have it sold out from under me!! Buyer beware!!! More
