Lowest Vehicle Price & Superior Customer Service This is our second purchase from this dealership. South Suburban Mitsubishi is 4 hours away from my residence and it was worth taking the 9 hours tot This is our second purchase from this dealership. South Suburban Mitsubishi is 4 hours away from my residence and it was worth taking the 9 hours total drive to purchase another vehicle from them. They offered the lowest price among others. Extremely shady dealership. Stay away! I had been talking to one of the persons at the dealership and they promised me that they will try to meet me as close to the Out-the-door price as th I had been talking to one of the persons at the dealership and they promised me that they will try to meet me as close to the Out-the-door price as they could. I told them over emails that I live far away from their dealership and that if they can't match my asking price they should just tell me right away so as to not waste each others' time. But no, they made false promises and when I actually drove down to their dealership, the out the door price that they quoted me was close to $4,000 MORE than what we had wasted 5 hours talking about over emails and phone! And the sales manager Dennis was super rude and had an attitude like 'if you can't pay what we're offering, just get out of here'. I don't recommend this dealership to anybody More

Did NOT honor price when I traveled 90 miles I took the time to contact this dealer through email and by phone. Worked out a price with Kathi Binner. I forward all my info for financing and made I took the time to contact this dealer through email and by phone. Worked out a price with Kathi Binner. I forward all my info for financing and made a plan with Kathi to make the trip with the family (180 miles round trip). I get there and they finally find my paperwork after about 30 minutes while Kathi was no where to be seen, had to work with different salesman. They then informed me that they can NOT honor this price but I can purchase for a higher price. No way in xxxx I was going to purchase from this dealership with shady practices like this. Not sure about any of you. More
