It's clear why they are award winning! We started our search online since we are not from the area and found their prices to be the lowest available. Went to a local dealership and they said that they were not able to even come close to South Suburbans prices, and they had only three models where South Suburban had over 100. We were contacted by email and we exchanged phone conversations with multiple associates, ensuring everything was in order before we made the 2.5 hour drive. It was relaxing to be able to peruse the models and to have knowledgeable sales associates ready when we entered the show room. Everyone was helpful, accommodating and exceptionally professional. They also had a side room with toys for our two boys, and a nice comfy sitting area where they were able to relax while we filled out paperwork. The paperwork was a surprisingly simple and brief process. The whole experience was phenomenal and will be a pleasure to return in the future! LOVE our new Outlander!!! More
