Bad customer service My daughter has been waiting for a refund for a warranty she had when she purchased her car. since she has traded the car she is due a refund. She has been calling the finance manager and she still can't get a clear answer in the status. She was to,d it would take 6-9 weeks and still nothing. We have called the manager Dennis and still no follow up from the finance team. I think it is important to treat people right and do what you say. I was a customer of mitsubishi for over 15 year in that time span I purchased 9 vehicles all of them new except one. I left the dealership and brand because of the change in customer service. It appears they are only nice if they have your business. But kindness should be forever. They have my information and I hope to get this resolved immediately or I will send this to the BBB and call the TV station. More

I strongl 🚨🚨 Public Service Announcement 🚨🚨 If you are planning on purchasing a vehicle from South Suburban Mitsubishi PLEASE read this review. I strongly & highly recommend that you do your homework before making a purchase from this dealership. If buying used, it is in your best interest to demand that the sales rep allow you to take the vehicle out for a test drive on the highway so that you are able to fully "test" the vehicles capabilities. They will try to take you on their standard 1 square mile, 10 minute test drive where you are unable to get the car up to highway speeds. Require car fax, & go over the vehicle with a fine tooth comb! I purchased a one owner 2007 Dogde Charger from South Suburban Mitsubishi on Friday evening for my wife, paid $5000.00 cash, drove the car home, & parked it for the weekend. My wife drove to work Monday. After getting off from work, she drove to pick our daughter up from school but while in route the car started acting up. It wouldn't go over 35 mph. She pulled the car over & immediately shut it off. She waited a minute & restarted the car & attempted to drive, it ran fine. Once she made it home, she called me & explained what had happened. I took the car out for a test drive once I got home, figuring she may have accidentally down shifted without noticing. The car ran fine while heading out but on my way back home it failed on me as well. I pulled into a gas station & popped the hood. Nothing leaking, nothing smoking but it wouldn't go over 35 mph. I read in the owners manual that what was happening was that the car was going into "Limp Home Mode" which is what the computer does if it senses any abnormalities within the transmission. It hadn't done any of this while we test drove it @ the dealer, I later realize it was because we didn't test drive it long enough. It needed 20-25 min of driving @ highway speeds to get it to fail. I took the car back to the dealership, mind you I did purchase "As Is", & explained what was happening. A tech & the manager took it out for a test drive but no fail. Again I later realize that they only took it around the block so there wasn't enough time to fail. We later learned that to reset the fault you only had to shut the car off & restart it. I spent that entire day @ South Suburban Mitsubishi only to have the manager & another associate tell me that they didn't have the technicians or equipment that Dodge has in order to properly diagnose the car & that I should take it to Dodge & have a filter change & flush. Discouraged, I took it to Dodge who, for $125, diagnosed the problem. They quoted me $2000.00 for the repair. My jaw dropped & my heart sank!! I took the paperwork back to South Suburban Mitsubishi & showed the manager. He immediately started looking online for the parts I needed. Once he found them, he looks over @ me & says, "If I were you I would buy the parts off Amazon & pay a friend or a mom & pop shop to install them." I wanted to scream @ the manager so bad but I knew it would do me no good because again, I did buy the car "As Is". He says, "I appreciate your patience & you trying to work with us on this. If you have a minute, like 5 actually, I'll be right back." So he comes back 15 minutes later & says I have good news, we can do the work for $1500 & have it back the next day. It sounds like Dodge is charging you $125 an hour for labor. Well, we'll just bill you $100 an hour for the labor" This guy just keeps insulting me with no shame. I'm truly upset @ this point but what could I do. The car had to be fixed & Dodge wanted $2000.00. He says, "I'm trying to help you out. I could have came back & said we'll do it for $1800. 00, $200.00 less then Dodge." The nerve of this guy. He starts in about how they're a multi million dollar company & how they're not a $5000.00 mom & pop car dealer. All I could think to myself was "You're sure acting like one!" In the end I paid them to do the work. Talk about feeling like you've been xxxxx & then asked for a hug! I understand that I bought the car "As Is" & I wasn't asking them to eat the repair cost but I expected way better customer service from this multi million dollar company then what I received. They were only interested in digging into my wallet again. If you remember, the manager stated that they didn't have the qualified techs or equipment that Dodge had to service the car but when it came to me giving them another $1500 they suddenly were qualified & had the equipment to fix it. I was expecting them to meet me half way. I would pay for the parts & they could @ least install them without charge, seeing how I just paid them $5000.00 cash on Friday & drove the car one day before it broke down. Here I am Tuesday morning back @ the dealership. The sales associate CJ felt bad about the lemon she sold me but I knew her hands were tied when it came to any resolution. The customer service @ South Suburban Mitsubishi deserves a negative -7 stars. So BUYERS BEWARE!!! I will be posting this review on any & every car site that will take a review. More

An amazing first experience 3 weeks ago; Oct. 5th, I was involved in a pretty bad car accident. I walked away with just a few injuries. But no car. My baby was totaled. Right before that me and my fiancé were getting ready to set our wedding date so this tragedy set us back (so we thought). I had to stop working one of my jobs; too much of a commute. And we were literally down to just a motorcycle to share. I had tried to get a loan from my bank for a car. No luck because I don't have much credit. Not bad credit, just nothing really on it. So Dennis Boston told me to visit his dealership. So last Wednesday Oct. 19, despite that rain, we rode that motorcycle there when I got off that night. Within a few hours, we walked away with a 2017 car, only 20 miles on it, probably from people test driving it. The people on their team were so patient, nice, and very informative. We knew NOTHING about financing a car. They really blessed us. And Dennis and his wife knowing our situation, were nothing but kind and ready to help. It was an amazing first experience. Next year, this time, my fiancé, will be going back for him a car. Thank you guys so much! I'll continue to hand out your business cards! More
