We drove 2 hours round trip with a 4 year old, which they knew prior to our arrival, to have them demand $8,000k over the listing price after we already agreed to the amount it was on their site for over the knew prior to our arrival, to have them demand $8,000k over the listing price after we already agreed to the amount it was on their site for over the phone. They also offered us $2.5k less for our trade in than other dealerships. When we pointed out their numerous errors, they offered us our original keys and showed us the door. I found the same car at a other dealership for $1k less than Suburban online listing price. I saved a total of $11k by not buying at South Suburban and my time was actually valued elsewhere. They can find another sucker because it’s not me. Super slimy dealership. More
