To know me is to love me When I walked through the door, George welcomed my husband and I with a warm handshake. He asked what we are interested in looking at. We told him the When I walked through the door, George welcomed my husband and I with a warm handshake. He asked what we are interested in looking at. We told him the Outlander Sport. George quickly went to look up what was in stocked compared to my selection that was shown on my phone and was ready within 15-20 minutes to get us ready for the test drive. When we got in the vehicle, George begin to highlight the features of the Outlander Sport including the 100,000 mile / 10 year bumper to bumper warranty. In addition to lifetime oil changes. The Outlander Sport experience was great, except my husband was not happy about the back seats not being able to recline. That being said, that was not a fit for us especially for road trips. As we waited for George to return, my husband began looking at just an Outlander and noticed how the back seats reclined in addition to have another row of seats for possible two (2) other occupants. I told my husband that I wasn't sure that was in budget and was prepared to leave. George was compelled to make me an offer I could not refuse. He asked that we take a moment to get a little more information from us to see what would be a good fit for our budget. Once he did that, he searched for a Outlander that would fit our needs. He went outside and found a 2017 Black Outlander with about 1,800 miles for us to test drive. The vehicle test drive was excellent and I fell in love with it. The Outlander was in our budget that we agreed upon with George and I left out feeling good. More
