I bought my vehicle brand new in Feb '22 and along with the purchase came the promise that I will also get 2 free oil changes. One was completed and now the 2nd one is due, but after taking my vehicle the purchase came the promise that I will also get 2 free oil changes. One was completed and now the 2nd one is due, but after taking my vehicle in to get my tire diagnosed, and then almost 2 months later I'm given an ultimatum...Either pay $2700.00 for repairs (we don't care that you never authorized the repairs, the work has been completed so pay us!!) Or...we keep your car held hostage until you come up with more money and free time to take us to civil court. All this is for a diagnosis of a front right wheel problem. So what happens if I take my vehicle there to get the oil change??? What if they decide to "fix something else without my consent"? If they print a $3000 bill/ticket saying this is the work we performed then the owner of the vehicle is liable and the burden of proof is on the man vs. the company? Nope! no thanks...keep your "free oil change" As far as I'm concerned this service department and dealership consist of a bunch of shady crooks and just as Jesus Cursed the fig tree...!!!! More

My lawyer is about to file suit in order to get my money back. More
This is by far the best experience ive had at a dealership. Got in, got out all in about 3 hours. Not your typical all day run around. Great people to do work with. Worse experience I ever had in purchasing a vehicle. They sold me a s xxxxxxx up vehicle and said they would repair it. The service manager (Keith) at this dealership is dishonest and horrible. Please don't buy any vehicles from this place and definitely don't have your service done here!!!! The tie rod broke on my dishonest and horrible. Please don't buy any vehicles from this place and definitely don't have your service done here!!!! The tie rod broke on my right front wheel. I gave no authorization to fix the tie rod but I definitely didn't authorize $2700.00 worth of work! When I left with my vehicle, I was threatened by the service manager that he would call the cops. I called the police department myself to see if this South Suburban dealership could do unauthorized work on my vehicle, strong arm me into paying for it, or file charges against me if I kept my vehicle without paying for work that I never authorized. The female Matteson officer said "Yes, the dealership can file a report" To avoid being arrested, I returned my vehicle in hopes that the general manager would see thru the lies of Keith the service manager, and the overall wrongdoing of the service department in doing repairs on my vehicle that I didn't authorize. Unfortunately, though the General Manager is nice, he's a profit-driven bottom line guy who cares not whether I authorized the repairs, his position is...we repaired it, pay for it!!! Avoid this place at all costs, especially the service department!! Horrible place to do business. More
