Patience Mitsubishi in Matteson, Il I feel Frank was a Godsend. I don't understand all the new technology, especially with cars. I was driving a 2009 Mitsubishi Galant. I bought it with I feel Frank was a Godsend. I don't understand all the new technology, especially with cars. I was driving a 2009 Mitsubishi Galant. I bought it with 0 miles back then, and I told them when I walked thru the gate, "I AIN'T TRADING!" , and left it at home in case they tried to get it from me. But Frank never made me feel threatened or pressured. He was too busy spilling the beans about how many wonderful features TODAY'S Mitsubishi's have. My brother and I listened as we went from one lot to another(my request), up one lane and down the next (me with my mouth hung open in shock at how my beloved Mitsubishi had changed) while Frank gave a mini class on Mitsubishi. I KNOW I asked the same questions at least 4 times but was so excited, I didn't realize it till Frank answered those same questions calmly, four times. He is AB SO LUTELY THE BEST!!! and I really do think this place should be renamed: Patience Mitsubishi in Matteson PS:Bryan Krupske in Finance was ** VERY** thorough as well. I can actually look at my paperwork and explain to anyone where the spending was done. More
George! Your the best! I walked into Mitsubishi not confident at all about getting a new car. Mainly because I was confident I was going to walk out with the same bad news I I walked into Mitsubishi not confident at all about getting a new car. Mainly because I was confident I was going to walk out with the same bad news I always got whenever I entered a dealership. “Sorry we can’t approve you”. Monday was not the case. However George made sure that he did all he could to get me into my new car. He took that extra step and the initiative to seek high and low. Along with the rest of the crew who gave him a helping hand. When he came back and asked me what color I would like my car in. My heart dropped! I couldn’t believe it. In a short amount of time he got everything ready and handed me the keys. George, I can’t thank you enough. Thank you for being patient, thank you for Everything! I love my new car!
