From 5 stars to 0 stars. I purchased a new Outlander Sport two years ago through Internet Sales Rep. Tracey Henson and left a glowing review. As a repeat Mitsubishi customer, I purchased a new Outlander Sport two years ago through Internet Sales Rep. Tracey Henson and left a glowing review. As a repeat Mitsubishi customer, it was the third Mitsubishi I had purchased. I again recently contacted Tracey Henson to purchase my fourth Mitsubishi Outlander Sport. I wanted the same options as I had on my Outlander Sport two years earlier. I was informed that would not be a problem and she instructed me to drive the 2.5 hours to conclude the deal. When I looked at the inventory on-line, there was no such vehicle 2019 in stock. When I made follow-up inquiries both on the phone and email I was told she would look into it further and would call me back. I never received a call back after multiple attempts. I then left a voicemail message for Sales Manager Dennis Boston and received no response. Days later, I sent an email message to the Principal Jim Reveliotis relaying my experience with his dealership. Guess what happened??? No reply whatsoever! How can a dealership go from 5 stars to 0 stars in two years? Respect for the customer has to start from the leadership on down and it appears that there is some leadership failures going on here. More
