Previously bought a 2011 Outlander with 217k miles on it from South Suburban Mitsubishi. Four days later I informed the dealership that the transmission was going out as indicated by a warning light. The owner, Dennis and his sales associate Ron were able to get me into a new 2020 Outlander Sport. They allowed me to trade back the 2011 Outlander for what I purchased it for even though it did not have a warranty on it. My credit is bad, so they were able get me approved because I am a loyal customer as is the case when you purchase a vehicle from South Suburban Mitsubishi. Dennis knew that I needed a car to drive 1000 miles back to Colorado in the next couple days and he helped explain my troubles to Dennis. Dennis treated my situation with extreme empathy as if I were one of his kids he was helping who was in a bind. Got back to Colorado safe and on time! This is the 10th car I've purchased in my life, and this is hands down the best experience from any location that I've ever had for a car buying experience. THE BEST! I wouldn't recommend any other dealership to anybody. More
