He explained and demononstrated every option of the vehicle prior to our driving away. Overall, it was the best car buying experience my wife and I have ever had. My first new car in 22 years!!! Price was great too!!! Ron gets A+++ rating!!! More

I had a car accident at the end of August. My car was totaled out by the insurance company and GAP insurance. I had just bought my Lancer 2 yrs ago brand new. Due to me being off work for 8 weeks on FMLA totaled out by the insurance company and GAP insurance. I had just bought my Lancer 2 yrs ago brand new. Due to me being off work for 8 weeks on FMLA I had no money for a down payment and was just frustrated at my whole situation. Today I went into the dealer with no money and a uprayer. Because I was a loyal customer and had a good report of paying my car note on time I was able to be finances through MMAC. They also gave me $500 in loyalty cash to go down as my down payment. Mimi and Esteban did their magic and today I drove off in a 2013 Outlander Sport. It only took me 2 hours. These guys don't play and they are serious when it comes to making deals! I'd recommend them to anyone looking to buy a car! More

I have puchased several vehicles and the financing process usualyl take so long. This dealership was an exception. They had us on our way driving a vehicle in no time. I was certainly impressed. Not a good sales team. From internet to sales. We were wanting to buy a new 2013 Outlander Sport ES about 2 weeks ago and was told we could make that deal from Kathi. So my wife set up a test drive for th wanting to buy a new 2013 Outlander Sport ES about 2 weeks ago and was told we could make that deal from Kathi. So my wife set up a test drive for the next morning and to purchase it. When she got there, she was told the vehicle was sold the night before. She talked to the sales manager there and he said there was no way they could of sold it to her for that price. So my wife looked at some others there, but they were out of her budget. So she spent 5 hours there for nothing. We had looked at the internet that morning and it showed they had several of the ES's to choose from but all they had on lot were LE's. So she pondered for a week and decided she would go with the LE since they had them on sale the same way they had the ES's. Again we contact them and work some figures and told again they could be there on our numbers. We gave them the stock numbers we wanted and was to set up another appointment to test drive. Called ahead this time to make sure they vehicle was on the lot. Kathi, again said let me get back to you. 2 hours go by and still no call. So I called her back and she said neither of the cars were available. Go figure. But she said we have a ES in that color. Only problem with that we gave her the stock numbers of the cars, which online shows they have about 16 LE's, and she new that we wanted an LE but tried to sell us a ES. Guess what she said when I asked her about any black in color. Yep, WE DON'T have anymore LE's. She checked trying to get us a 2014 for our price, for 3 hours, but couldn't do it. Said they could get a 2013 in for us but we were about $2000 to $2500 off from the price, even though we were told we would be able to purchase the car for that price.This is definately not the place to do business with. I don't know how they could be ranked #1 in sales. Still haven't received message or call from owner either. More
I bought a 2013 Mitsubishi Lancer Sportback which I very much like. I was shopping online and calling various dealers and I initially was going to go to another dealership I think in South Holland bu much like. I was shopping online and calling various dealers and I initially was going to go to another dealership I think in South Holland but received a follow up call from Esteban on my way so decided to stop at the dealership to see their selection of new cars. The moment I walked in there was Al ready to help me. Also there was even hot dogs, chips, and soft drink for customers. Esteban was delightful and also very attentive, as well. I called him after purchasing the vehicle for a copy of a form and he was fast and responsive. I gave them a 4 on price because I expected a better deal when all the financing was put in place but I did get the vehicle at a good price without lots of haggling. And, this is something I truly appreciate. I highly recommend this dealership for their customer car and service. I also suggest you visit them to review their selection. More
